JVS Industries is the market leader in design, engineering and manufacturing of flow control equipment, valves, gate valves, actuators and pressure control equipment. With over 25 years of legacy experience, we have built a strong reputation for timely delivery and committed focus on quality.
Our comprehensive in-house capabilities include design, engineering, research, prototype manufacturing, a fully fledged CNC machine shop with 3 bays, in-house welding and weld cladding facilities, and an independent R&D engineering wing working on continuous product and process improvement.
As part of OES Group, JVS serves clients across 4 continents with a team of over 200 persons, providing innovative, quality and application-engineered products for the oil and gas sector.

CNC Machine Shop
18 CNC machines (5 five-axis, 13 three-axis), 15 lathes and 4 automatic cladding machines for precision manufacturing of valves, spools, flanges and all product lines.
Welding & Cladding
In-house welding and weld cladding facilities with ABS/DNV approved welders. CRA overlay in AISI 316L and Nickel alloy 625.
Testing & Inspection
PR-2 test, flow test, fire test, pressure test, NDT examination and complete product traceability documentation.
Global Delivery
